Paddle the quiet waters of Lake Florence, explore the shoreline, or enjoy some of the area's great freshwater fishing. Our kayaks, paddle boards and canoe are all complimentary for guests—perfect for a peaceful morning paddle, sunset on the water, or a little fishing.
Bringing your own boat? Our private dock and covered boathouse with lift make it easy to enjoy fishing, cruising or watersports. Lake Florence has two slalom courses for experienced waterskiers. The East Course has been professionally surveyed by John Travers. The West Course is tucked up near the protected hillside shore.
ALL watersports use REQUIRES completion of a Watersports Use Waiver by all participants. This waiver is required even for walking on the dock or using the hot tub, per insurance.

Waterfront family fun!
The entire visit was fantastic. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. The town has a small town feel that we loved. Directions were easy. Check-in was a breeze. The house was just like the pictures listed on VRBO. It was clean and well stocked. We were welcomed with s’mores and extra drinks in the fridge. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) to make a meal. My husband and I couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable the bed was. Our daughter said she also loved her bed. We spent the entire day outside on the lake, reading in the swinging chairs on the dock, napping on the lounge chairs next to the hot tub. After a 5K in the evening, we came back and enjoyed a fire pit and a soak in the hot tub. I will say, typically hot tubs gross me out. Not this one! It was so clean I felt comfortable going in. We watched the full moon until midnight!! The late check-out was awesome. We had time for some kayaking before we had to leave. Overall, this place was amazing. We had constant contact with the host the entire time. Our weekend could not have gone any better. We will be back.

Absolutely Beautiful Lakeview Home
We loved our stay at this absolutely beautiful lakeview home! It looks exactly as pictured. The location was perfect. It's so cute, quiet, and in a walkable neighborhood. This home was also impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The lake view from this home's balcony and hot tub was absolutely breathtaking, beautiful, and serene. There were so many things that kept us entertained at this property that we never left it while vacationing there. The hosts, Gary and Kelly, were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. They offered to allow us to check in early if needed and to check out later if needed. We took one of their canoes on the lake and had trouble getting it back to the lake house after experiencing high winds. We texted Gary about our issue getting the canoe back to the property. He responded very quickly. Gary and Kelly happily came and returned the canoe back to the property. Thanks again, Gary and Kelly, for being warm-hearted people and for providing a wonderful place to stay. We plan to stay at this rental again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Stay!
Me and my husband needed a nice long weekend getaway and the lakehouse was perfect. Super quiet and so comfortable, and the bed and pillows are excellent! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet so don’t come here looking to party, but come to relax. It’s stocked with everything you need and the hosts Kelly and Gary were so kind and welcoming! The only thing I would watch out for is the driveway is steep so if you’re a nervous driver, just stick to parking on the road. Willie’s Ribs, which was recommended and very close to the house, was excellent, and a lovely little drive to LunaSea Farms nearby lets you pet llamas and alpacas. We would absolutely stay here again and again!!

A Real Gem
Nothing to complain about with the rental process, communication with the owner, or the property. This was an absolutely wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly agree with the previous reviews. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The lake view from the lanai and the hot tub are priceless and provide a reason to just relax and enjoy. The bungalow is very clean and we greatly appreciated the extras, such as coffee and s'more fixings. The driveway is steep, but we had no issue pulling into or backing out. It's about a 15-minute drive to a grocery store, but once you have what you need, there's little reason to go out again.

Peaceful getaway
Cute little cottage on the lake. The owners thought of everything to make our vacation comfortable and easy. Smooth check-in, great communication, and fast check-out. The lake is beautiful! My favorite part of the trip was early mornings with coffee on the enclosed back porch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was exactly as pictured. The hosts were super accommodating and responsive before and during our stay. We appreciated the amenities (snack basket, robes, beach towels, cooking extras, coffee supplies, hot tub, water activities, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. In February the lake activity was limited so it was perfect for enjoying the screened-in porch and backyard views. Backing a boat into the driveway was a learning curve due to the decline/grade of the driveway, but by day two we knew how to do it without issues. Thanks for a great getaway!
